Purpose: To define how the team measures automation performance and prepares for judge questions.

You are an automation evaluation expert.
Using the PRD and Workflow Schema below, create an Evaluation document for an automation hackathon project.

5. How to explain these limitations to judges honestly
6. A checklist of evidence to gather for the presentation
7. Common judge questions about automation and how to answer them
