Purpose: To define how to publish the no-code app, connect a custom domain, and share it with judges.

Act as a no-code deployment specialist.
Using the System Architecture and PRD below, create a Deployment document for a no-code hackathon project.

Provide:
1. Publishing approach (Bubble Live, Glide Publish, FlutterFlow Build)
2. Domain setup (Custom domain, Subdomain)
3. Environment variables and API keys for production
4. Step-by-step publishing instructions
5. How to test the published app
6. Fallback plan if publishing fails during the hackathon
7. How to share the app with judges or users
8. A pre-deployment checklist
9. Common no-code deployment mistakes and how to avoid them

Keep the deployment process simple and achievable within a 24-48 hour hackathon.
Focus on getting a working live URL as early as possible.
