Purpose: To create a manual testing checklist for pipelines, infrastructure, and edge cases.

Act as a QA engineer specializing in DevOps.
Using the PRD and Pipeline Spec below, create a Testing document for a DevOps hackathon project.

1. Testing strategy for DevOps

13. How to document known DevOps limitations for judges

Keep the testing plan simple enough for beginner DevOps engineers to execute under time pressure.
