14. EVALUATION.md

Purpose: To define how you measure business value and prepare for judge questions.

You are a business evaluation expert.
Using the PRD and Business Model below, create an Evaluation document for a corporate hackathon project.

PRD: [PASTE PRD]
BUSINESS_MODEL: [PASTE BUSINESS_MODEL]

Provide:
1. Evaluation metrics (ROI, Cost savings, Efficiency gains, User adoption)
2. Evaluation methods (Benchmarking, Pilot testing, Surveys)
3. Benchmarking (What is the baseline corporate process?)
4. Known limitations of the solution
5. How to explain these limitations to judges honestly
6. A checklist of evidence to gather for the presentation
7. Common judge questions about corporate innovation and how to answer them

Focus on demonstrating that the team understands the business problem, the enterprise context, and the value proposition.
Use hard numbers and clear business cases where possible.
