Category: 14. Open Innovation / Corporate
Section: Phase 4: Delivery & Presentation

16. DEMO_SCRIPT.md

Purpose: To create the exact flow of the live presentation tailored to executive judges.

Act as an expert hackathon presentation coach specializing in corporate innovation.
Using the following project information:
PRD: [PASTE PRD]
ARCHITECTURE: [PASTE SYSTEM_ARCHITECTURE]
BUSINESS_MODEL: [PASTE BUSINESS_MODEL]
DEMO FLOW: [PASTE USER JOURNEY]

Create a compelling hackathon presentation script for an executive audience.
The presentation should follow:
1. Hook (A business problem or statistic)
2. Problem (The corporate challenge)
3. Why the problem matters (Business impact)
4. Existing limitations
5. Our solution
6. How it works (Highlight enterprise integration and scalability)
7. Technology
8. Demo (The most important part — show business value)
9. Innovation
10. Impact (ROI, Cost savings, Efficiency)
11. Future scope (Scalability, Enterprise-wide rollout)
12. Closing (Call to action)

Make the language natural, confident, and business-focused.
Avoid unnecessary technical jargon.
Write it as something a student can actually say on stage rather than something that sounds like an AI-generated report.
Focus on business value, not just the technology.
Also provide:
- 30-second elevator pitch
- 1-minute pitch
- 3-minute presentation
- 5-minute presentation
Include a backup plan for demo failure (video recording, screenshots, pilot data).
