PROBLEM_ANALYSIS

Category: 15. Beginner / Student / Community
Section: Phase 1: Problem Definition

1. PROBLEM_ANALYSIS.md

Purpose: To deeply understand the problem in beginner-friendly terms, focusing on learning and community impact.

I am participating in a beginner/student/community hackathon and I am a first-time hacker.

Analyze the following problem statement deeply.
[PASTE PROBLEM STATEMENT]

Explain it in very simple language — as if I have never built a project before.
Then provide:
1. The actual problem being solved
2. Target users (Students, Community members, Beginners)
3. User pain points
4. Existing ways people might solve this problem
5. Limitations of existing solutions
6. Proposed solution ideas (Keep them simple)
7. Core features (What is the smallest thing we can build?)
8. Nice-to-have features
9. What should NOT be built during a short hackathon (Avoid scope creep)
10. What could make this solution unique
11. A realistic MVP that can be built by beginners during a hackathon
12. Potential beginner-friendly technologies that could be used (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, no-code tools)

Do not assume I am an experienced developer.
Explain every concept in beginner-friendly language.
Suggest learning resources where needed.
Focus on what is achievable in 24-48 hours by a first-time team.
